Being from Kelowna where there are lots of lakes (and no rivers) I often find myself wondering where we can go to cool off in the heat of the summer. Many families enjoy the rivers edge and the many beaches in and around town but personally I am way too chicken to take my kids to the river. That said there are a ton of pools and mountain lakes where we can go to enjoy some wet fun!
