Erin Brûlé, of Prairie Child Photography is a new-to-Kamloops family-photographer who is really making her mark with her beautiful work.  Recently, Erin teamed up with Fin-Tastic’s Cuts for Kids to present a charity model search.  It was a huge success raising over $1,600 for the Variety Club Children’s Charity.

Here is what Erin says about her newest special.

“I’m very excited to announce the arrival of Prairie Child’s “Baby’s 1st Year” Club (maybe because I’m secretly looking for playmates for my little one due to arrive mid-August?)

So often I have parents tell me, “oh…I wish I would have taken more photos when they were little”

Well, here’s the answer – join the club! (and capture this whirlwind year!)

Over the next year, your baby is going to change more than any other time in their life.

It will go by in a blur, and before you know it, your little baby will be turning one.

Capture the unique stages of this special time with Prairie Child’s “Baby’s First Year Club.

Remember…there is no going back.

With the ‘Baby’s First Year’ club, your little one will come in for 4 sessions over the year.

Session #1
Around 3 months old, your baby can hold her head up and smile.

Session #2
Around 6 months, your baby will be sitting up on her own. Best photographed nude, to capture all the little sweet baby bits.

Session #3
Around 9 months, your little one will be standing up on their own, or with the help of a chair or other prop (this is right around the ‘first steps’ moment!)

Session #4
Happy Birthday!  This session happens when your little one has their first birthday.  Ask about a ’Smash the Cake’ series (messy – but good fun!)
