Relax?  Yeah right.  This isn’t always the easiest thing to do, is it?  You know when you just need a little “something” for yourself?  I definitely do.  Some days I feel like I can’t even remember who I am!  I came across a lucky break the other day, though…  up popped my facebook feed” “Hands on Health- Some free 30-minute massages to give away.  Contact me for information.”

Ummmm… free massage?  Sign me up!  So, I sent a message and a few days later wound up on the massage table at Hands on Health.  Relaxed?  Yep.  That’s for sure!

Niki is new to Hands on Health, having just graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.  She is peaceful, knowledgeable and I was totally thrilled to have the chance to treat myself with a massage!  Thirty minutes of care to my back, neck and head and I left feeling like a new woman!  It was so nice to have some time in a quiet, calming environment to be able to close my eyes and have the little aches and pains in my neck soothed.  I didn’t think that I was carrying tension, really, but to have someone massage my scalp just sent me to mush and all that tension (yep, we found some) was gone.  A fantastic occasion of relaxation.  Something that I think every parent deserves!

So, Niki agreed to let me give away another free thirty-minute massage, here on KamloopsParents.Com.  One lucky reader will get to have the same treatment I had, and get to meet with Niki for a relaxing 30-minute massage!
