Lunch, lunch, lunch…. do you ever get that?
Where if you say a word enough times you can’t even figure out what you are saying? Â I mean, who thought of that word… “lunch!” Â It’s just weird, isn’t it. Â Anyhow, weird or not, this has been on my mind a lot lately.
Back to school means that the kids are out of the house for lunch. Â I’ve heard it over and over… how do you keep lunches interesting and fun for your child, so that they actually eat it for the entire school year? Â Well, as a rookie-school-aged-child parent, I don’t know. Â I don’t know how to do it and still manage to balance everything else. Â I don’t know how to do it in the amount of time I have set aside to make lunches (read: very little, I’m sure). So, as I stumble my way through and try and figure it out, I will probably share some ideas with you.

Thank you SO much for this! L starts pre-school this year and I love looking at healthy lunch ideas for him!
