Tiffany and her family love this one…

1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (fresh if you prefer a thicker smoothie)
1 ripe banana
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (or flaxseeds)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups water

Combine all ingredients in the blender, blend for about 2 min or until smooth! Â Pour in to a cup and drink/devour!
