The six-time Juno Award winning group will take the stage in Canada’s Alpine Village performing fan favourites such as “Brother Down” and “Bridge to Nowhere”, as well as hits from their upcoming album “Counting the Days”, set to be released April 18.
Canadian born singer-songwriter Sam Roberts, debuted in 2001 with the release, The Inhuman Condition, which became one of the bestselling independent releases in Canadian music history.
After playing massive venues all over Canada, such as the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and the halftime show at the 91st Grey Cup in Regina, Saskatchewan, Roberts is thrilled to play in the unique mountain setting of Sun Peaks Resort.
“We’re excited to be coming out to Sun Peaks for the first time,” says Roberts. “It’s always a pleasure to play music for B.C. crowds – especially in the mountain air.”
The Summer Concert Series will feature free live music and activities, taking place over two weekends this summer, July 8-10 and August 26-28.*
