Over the past 13 months I have had the opportunity to work with and help over 100 mom’s embrace a healthier life. Â Now I would like to extend an invitation to all of you mom’s out there who have been watching my updates, checking in on my website and wishing you could join in, the chance to do it for FREE.
That’s right a FULL YEAR of MOMMY’S WELLNESS PROGRAMS along with $300 in gift certificates for one lucky and deserving mom.
I have been blessed to work with so many different women with different circumstances but with one common goal, to feel better about ourselves. Â This program has grown into so much more that just a workout class. Â We now have a Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Wellness Coach and Registered Dietician all on board to help us busy women connect the dots in order to find our personal balance in body, mind & spirit.
I hope you will take the time to head over to my website and answer this question, “How would your family benefit from living a healthier life?” We will compile the top 10 entries on December 20th and post them on my site and on Kamloops Momma Magazine for people to vote for their choice to win.  The winning mommy will be announced on January 1st.  Simply follow the link to enter.

Thank you so much to my amazing sponsors:

Kamloops Dairy Delivery presents a fabulously fun (or spooky) Halloween Craft and Contest!![]()
Create your own!!
My family had lots of fun creating ghosts and pumpkins with our recyclables. Â We washed them out and let them dry (without labels). Â Then we watered down some glue and cut up tissue paper into squares.
We all pasted the squares onto our milk jugs as we liked and then created the faces we wanted. Â Once they were ready, Mom cut a hole through both sides of the jug and strung a string of Christmas lights through!
Et voila! Â Spooky or fun?
Now, the challenge is yours!!
Take your milk jug and create whatever Halloween-themed creation your heart desires.  Then, snap a photo and send it to elizabeth@kamloopsparents.com (or share it on our facebook page). You have until October 23rd to get your entries in. On October 25th the images will be put into a gallery and we will have a contest to see which creation wins the most votes. We will hold the contest open for votes until October 28th when we will announce our winner!
The winning creation will get  a $20 punch card from Kamloops Dairy Delivery and a couple of fresh bakery treats of the winner’s choice – delivered with their first order!
So, what are you waiting for… go drink some milk and get craftin’!! I can’t wait to see what you create.

“Enter to Win a year of Eco-Friendly carpet cleaning with Green Space Services!”
My kids make messes, lots of  ’em.  I spray and rinse and spray and scrub and rinse and scrub… some of those stains just seem to stick.  Usually, we have already gotten the wet spot dirty again before it even managed to get dry!  Also, I don’t like using harsh stinky chemicals in my kids’ space so I tend to have to use a loooooot of elbow grease.  But!  I have recently heard about Green Space Services.  Have you?
