Baby Sleep Science & Development Workshop – 4.5+ months of age
January 12 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Join Accredited Sleep Consultant and owner of Mountainview Sleep Consulting, Kim Pawlak, at the Lizzie Bits Baby Co. Learning Lounge for her insight into sleep strategies that may help you and your family’s goal of a healthy and restful slumber.
The fundamentals of healthy baby sleep rest on the laurels of science. Sleep patterns, drive and pressure all play an important role in the restorative power of sleep and baby sleep that is strong and healthy relies heavily on a mindful balance of these important factors.
In this workshop, we will focus on moving away from baby sleep that is based on awake windows and sleepy cues, to focusing more on sleep that follows biological sleep rhythms that are age-appropriate.
This class is ideal for families, with babies 4.5+ months, who are keen to make changes to their little one’s current sleep habits and are hoping to learn more about strategies for doing so. While not a “how to get baby to sleep through the night” workshop, this class will focus on the fundamentals of strong sleep and will give parents a better idea of what is happening behind the scenes with their child’s sleep.
We are so pleased to welcome Kim back at Lizzie Bits Baby Co. to share her expertise into sleep teaching. This workshop does have limited space (although definitely baby friendly), so please be sure to contact Lizzie Bots directly (250 374-8706) to reserve your spot.
Be sure to stay like/follow Mountainview Sleep Consulting for updates on this event, baby sleep education, as well as special draws that Kim will be hosting leading up to the event 🙂
