Sun Peaks 1st Annual Slopes for Hope

Sign up as an individual, as a family, as a workplace team and challenge yourself to ski or board the vertical height of Mt. Everest in one day!!!
Slopes For Hope is an Everest style ski/board-a-thon where participants ski as many runs as possible to equal the vertical height of Mt. Everest (29,029 ft) in the allotted time (9:00am – 2:00pm). Participants register and then fundraise over a few months. All participants who raise a minimum of $150 will be eligible for a discounted lift ticket courtesy of Sun Peaks Resort! There will be prizes and an “apres-slopes” party!
Let’s kick off Sun Peaks 1st Annual Slopes with a bang!! It’s a great day to hit the mountain for a good cause!
Jodi is originally from Montréal, Quebec but spent a few years in Northern New Brunswick after graduating from University. She moved to Kamloops in the Spring of 2010 with her family and works as an educational assistant. Her 7 and 8 year old keep her really busy as they love exploring the area and enjoying what Kamloops has to offer!
