The Kamloops Symphony’s next concert is the Sun Rivers Trio performing as part of our Chamber Music Series. The concert features Mozart’s Trio in E-flat Major, also known as the Kegelstatt Trio, one of the earliest chamber works to include the relatively newly invented clarinet. The program then moves from the 18th century into the 20th century, with wonderfully varied works for clarinet, violin and piano. The hits of the Eagles will be performed at Sagebrush Theatre this April when Kamloops Symphony teams up with Jeans ‘n Classics.
Lead vocalist Michael Shotton, along with Jeans ‘n Classics band, backup vocalists, and Kamloops Symphony will perform songs like Take it Easy, The Boys of Summer, Witchy Woman, Hotel California and many more.
This performance will be part of Kamloops Symphony’s Kelson Group Pops series. They have worked with Jeans ‘n Classics in the past to bring their audience One Vision – The Music of Queen, The Beatles – Sgt. Cascadia Reed Quintet will perform for the next Kamloops Symphony New Gold Chamber Music series on January 23 at 7:30 p.m. at the TRU Alumni Theatre.
