Coloured Ice and Snow Forts: Crafting With Kids

This isn’t actually a craft, but it is a winter activity that my family and I enjoy every year.  This one brings me back to when I was a kid, there was a wonderful woman who led us all in creating the most incredible winter forts.  It’s created memories that have lasted me into my years with my own children and we have made one nearly every year.  I thoughts I would share it with you in the beginning of the cold weather, so that you can be sure to create it, if you like!  Also, you can try and add it into your ADVENTure Calendar as you count down to Christmas.

Step 1: Start collecting all kinds of ice cream buckets and yogurt containers from your recycling.  Keep them!
