You have that fail-safe recipe, right? The one that you can make in a snap and pass on, when you need?
This recipe is a great one to add to your recipe book. It’s not fantastic because it’s fast to cook (it takes a while to cook, but about ten minutes to prepare) – it’s fabulous because it’s easy!
Chicken Rice Bake
1 can Campbell’s cream soup – celery
1 can Campbell’s cream soup – mushroom
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cup rice
4 chicken pieces
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix (I just add some spices, some crushed crackers, and dehrydrated onions instead of the soup mix)
Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan.
