Cheesy Chicken and Rice: Kidz in the Kitchen

I love using my dutch oven. I also love cooking up simple one pot dinners using minimal ingredients. So here’s a great recipe to make a cheesy broccoli rice and chicken dish from scratch, without using a can of soup.

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk (to cook the broccoli florets in, I’ve also just steamed them, too)
1 cup water (to cook the broccoli florets in)
4 cups cooked brown rice (or any rice you prefer!)
