September hits a high note—music school is back in session!

Kamloops Symphony Music School is back in session this
September with two new group classes being offered: group
voice and group Suzuki violin.

Danielle Faulkner is a recent addition to the music school’s D_Faulkner_KSO
faculty and will be instructing the group voice lessons.
Faulkner graduated from the University of British Columbia
with a Bachelor of Music in Opera Performance. She has
appeared as a soloist with the Vancouver Symphony,
Vancouver Opera Orchestra and the Northern Czech
Philharmonic Orchestra.

September Activities at the BIG Little Science Centre

September is just about here and the BIG Little Science Centre continues to have fantastic fun activities happening every week.

As of September 2, we return to our school-year schedule of the Exploration Room, with over 140 awesome hands-on activities, being open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm.  Saturdays will have extra shows and events each week. If there is a strike, along with the regular hours for the Exploration Room, we will have extra activities daily.

Standard entry fees apply for the following, unless otherwise stated.

The BIG Little Science Centre Exploration Room is open for public drop in:

Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm.  Saturdays have extra shows and activities.

Remember that membership with BIG Little Science Centre is a sweet deal as it not only gets you discounts here, but also FREE entry into science centres across Canada (including Science World in Vancouver).
