VSO Opens Dress Rehearsal – Donations Accepted For Wildfire Relief

The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra announced Monday that its

rehearsal in Sagebrush Theatre at 6:00 pm on Thursday, September 28 will be open to the public by donation to the United Way in Kamloops. All donations will be earmarked for assisting people in affected areas of the Thompson Nicola Regional District with recovering and rebuilding from the devastating wildfires of this summer.

Fall 2017 3D Design and Robotics Clubs at the BIG Little Science Centre

The BIG Little Science Centre has just created the dates and program for the Autumn 2017 3D Design and Robotics Clubs.

This year the 3D Design and Robotics Clubs will be run at the same time so that all children interested may see/do both, if they wish. We request that you choose one as your main program. The Clubs will run weekly for 10 weeks, either Wednesday or Thursday, from October 11/12 to December 13/14, from 2:45pm to 4:30pm.
