Kamloops Art Gallery invites you to an art party! Kick off your summer with an afternoon of art making, live music and serious snacking!

Enjoy a specialty mocktail while experimenting with flavour pairings at our popcorn bar. Try your hand at miniature screen printing, make your own buttons, learn how to make a zine using only one piece of paper and experiment with Sumi Ink drawing.

We will also be celebrating the launch of our new summer internship program, The Lab, where participants will learn from local artists, curate an exhibition, design our fall youth programming—and get paid to do it!

This workshop is offered through our youth program, After School Special and is generously sponsored by the Edwina and Paul Heller Memorial Fund.

Please direct all media inquiries to Anyssa Fortie, School and Youth Programs Coordinator, Kamloops Art Gallery, 250- 377-2405 or afortie@kag.bc.ca
