Canadian Parents for French – Kamloops, with the Thompson Rivers University Athletics Department, are excited to announce the 2014 French Language Summer Sports Camps.
There are two weeks of camp: July 7 to 11 and July 28 to August 1. They are intended for children entering grades 1 to 8 in September 2014. Each week has a Junior Camp and a Senior Camp, in French. Junior Camps are filled with many sports, and games. New this year, the Senior Camps will have a Soccer Focus with other fun activities. Both camps will have special activities not found in other TRU sport camps.
Canadian Parents for French – Kamloops subsidizes the cost of each camper and campers must be a member of Canadian Parents for French. If you are not yet a member, it is easy to join on the CPF website: www.cpf.ca
Children must be in French Immersion, Francophone or speak French.
Send your child to French Sport Camp and support French language activities in Kamloops all year round. 80% of your CPF membership fees return to Kamloops for future cultural programming.
Canadian Parents for French – Kamloops French Sport Camps are supported by Heritage Canada, Canadian Parents for French BC/Yukon and Thompson Rivers University Athletics Department.
