The Kamloops Arts Council’s Crossing Bridges Outreach is a collaboration among the arts community and social service agencies to deliver high-quality arts workshops at no cost to children, youth, adults and seniors in the Kamloops area. Participating centres include New Life Community, Canadian Mental Health Association Kamloops, Four Directions Storefront School, Osprey Place, Phoenix Centre, Kamloops Brain Injury Association, Boys & Girls Club, Kamloops Sexual Assault Centre and more.
Crossing Bridges helps participants express realities, fears, hopes and dreams, providing them with the chance to connect with others, build self-esteem and share their voice with the community.
“Building a culture of creativity, one workshop at a time.”
