The hottest improvised comedy troupe in town is hitting the stages of Kamloops again this summer and is now performing in three different locations! After its hugely successful inaugural season of bringing entertaining and hilarious improvised shows to Kamloops, The Freudian Slips will be returning for four more hilarious nights of improv! Presented by Chimera Theatre, the improvised comedy troupe will be featuring a mix of familiar faces and new members as it gears up to make you laugh this summer. This month, we’re still in our usual location: The Stage House Theatre.
On May 21st, The Freudian Slips are taking you to HOLLYWOOD! It’ll be a night filled with big stars, favorite films and, of course, improv! This month we will be playing Mission Improvable for our show! Eight improvisers compete to be #1 as the audience votes on their favorite performers and scenes.Only one of our Hollywood superstars will remain at the end of the night and YOU get to decide who that is.
The shows are fast-paced, funny and a splendid mix of wit, physical comedy and outrageous situations. Because it’s improvised, each show is completely unique and you never know what you’re going to get!
AUDIENCE MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DRESS UP FOR OUR PERFORMANCES! COME OUT IN YOUR BEST HOLLYWOOD GLAMOUR CLOTHES OR DRESSED AS YOUR FAVORITE FILM CHARACTER!
