Workshop Series with PCMA-TRU
November 15, 2016 @ 6:00 pm
Three workshops will be offered to allow students, faculty and community members to learn the basics of poster design, building one’s own business cards, and how to use a mail merge function to best benefit the creation of a sponsorship or membership database. PCMA-TRU strives to give real life, practical experience for students across all disciplines at Thompson Rivers University. They work hard to provide a safe learning environment focused on developing individual and teamwork based skills. The TRUSU club aims for their members to have a well-balanced background in management, logistics, leadership, design, and partnership.
Poster design – November 1 – 6:00 pm
Business cards – November 15 – 6:00 pm
Mail merge – November 29 – 7:00 pm
Everyone is welcome to sign up through PCMA-TRU’s event page. There is limited space, so reserve your seat early. If you aren’t yet a member of PCMA-TRU, each workshop will cost $10.00. All funds raised from this workshop series will allow students to attend the annual Convening Leaders Conference in Austin, Texas.
