We are excited to present a program that mixes a perennial favourite of the orchestral repertoire with a new treasure, with Four Seasons Two Ways. There are two performances of this concert:
Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 7:30 pm in Sagebrush Theatre, and

Our Berwick Chamber Music series concludes for the 2017-18 season with Northern Lights, featuring the Ventos Wind Quintet, on Saturday, March 24 at 7:30 pm in the Thompson Rivers University Clocktower Theatre.

Join the Kamloops Symphony for Great Classics, featuring the music of two giants of the Classical period, Mozart and Beethoven, on Saturday, February 10 at 7:30 pm in Sagebrush Theatre.

The program is bookended by two works of Mozart, a youthful piece and a more mature work, proving that the only composer to surpass Mozart’s skill is Mozart himself. Starting the concert is the little-known overture to his opera Lucio Silla, composed when he was just sixteen years old. Concluding the concert is Mozart’s brilliant Symphony #41, his final symphony, nicknamed “Jupiter” for its creative majesty.
