The Kamloops YMCA-YWCA is pleased to announce that Strength IN Being a Boy is taking a giant leap forward and presenting its’ 3rd annual event at the Tournament Capital Center (TCC) on April 24th, 2019. Real life mother and daughter star in puppet show about Alzheimer’s

Little Onion Puppet Co. is proud to present Dorothy: a mother  daughter memoir project for a limited run in Kamloops, Mar 8-10th.

From November ‘95 to January ‘96, sisters Susan and Nancy took care of their mother Dorothy, who was in the later stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Unable to speak frankly about the disease
in front of their mother, they kept a journal, meticulously  documenting every day. Now, 20 years later, Susan and her daughter Randi are using the very same journal as inspiration for a new
puppet show.

Craft Time at Tumbleweed Toys

Join us Sunday from 2-3 for our Craft Time.
We will be making Orb Factory Sticky Mosaics. These are easy & fun! Craft Time is for ages 5 & up.
Sundays 2-3pm

Drop in – Ages 5-10

Parent Supervision not required

Craft Time at Tumbleweed Toys

We will be making a craft from the mini “Creativity Cans” from Creativity for Kids. These kits are open ended so we can make anything our imaginations lead us to.
The Craft Time is suitable for ages 5 & up. Parental supervision is not required.

Please comment on our event page if you are coming and with the number of kids. This class can have a max of 12 participants.
